Past Tours

Dwight and Mary each have a long history of leading specialty tours.  Dwight, as a field geologist, university professor, and multidisciplinary field program director, has special expertise utilizing the out of doors as a living classroom.  These talents and experiences have morphed into an exceptional ability to lead natural history tours. Read more about Dwight's background.  Steeped in English literature and fine arts, Mary developed a keen perception of other cultures.  From her professional career, she transferred her organizational skills in directing continuing education programs to the designing of travel experiences for special-interest groups. Mary and Dwight married in 1996 and have been jointly organizing and leading tours ever since.
